Hi there. My name is Shawn Brown and I am a lifetime resident of the Calhoun area and a graduate of Calhoun High School and the University of Georgia. With almost 25 years of full-time experience working in the local real estate industry as a Sales Agent, Associate Broker, and now Broker for our firm, I have the knowledge and expertise to help guide you through your real estate transaction in the most efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly manner as possible. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to be recognized and to win several awards over my career for production through the local Board of Realtors including a lifetime membership in the board’s Professional Achiever’s Circle as well as the local board’s Realtor of the Year. I also served as the local Board of Realtors President in 2013.
I specialize in residential real estate sales, leasing, and property management and have vast experience with 1st time home buyers, FHA, VA, and USDA financing.
I am happily married to my beautiful wife Kim, who is also a licensed real estate agent with our firm, and we have a wonderful son named Jack.
In my spare time I enjoy working out, spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, and watching sports, especially Georgia football and Atlanta Braves baseball.
